Cealie Mae (Worley) Dickerson

Mrs. Cealie Mae Dickerson, age 87, of Social Circle passed away Friday, April 19, 2024.  She was born and raised in Greensboro, Georgia and moved to Covington as a young lady.  Mrs. Dickerson owned and operated several businesses through out her life but her greatest joy came from being a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She enjoyed building bird houses and was an avid gardener winning yard of the month many times in Social Circle.

Mrs. Dickerson was preceded in death by her mother Willie Mae Holmes, her brother Richard Terrell, and her son James Gary Hill, Jr. She is survived by her husband C. K. Dickerson; her daughter Donna Herndon of Covington; her grandchildren Tiara Moore, Michael Daniel, and James Hill, III; her great grandchildren Macie, Rae Lynn, and Molly; along with numerous other family members and close friends.  Graveside services for Mrs. Dickerson will be held at 2 o’clock Saturday April 20, 2024 at Eastview Cemetery in Conyers with Pastor Jim Crews officiating.
