Donna Fields Obituary

Donna Sue Fields, age 71, of Covington passed away Friday, March 22, 2024. She was born July 13, 1952 in Decatur to Wayne and Joann Young who have preceded her in death. Mrs. Fields grew up in Lithonia and was a 1970 graduate of Lithonia High School. She was a great fan of baseball and enjoyed fishing, traveling the beach, and spending time with her grandchildren. Mrs. Fields was a hard-working woman who worked as a machine operator for M&F Industries. She is survived by her daughter Brandy DeBerry (Rickey Duke) of Covington; her son Chris DeBerry (Heather Davis) of Covington; her grandchildren Chase Gilstrap (Bailey), Stella DeBerry, and Brinceton DeBerry; her sisters Cathy Yates, and Cheryl Young; her brother Mark Young; her close friends Susan Young, Anita Young, and Paula Reagin; along with several nieces, nephews, other family members, and many close friends. No services are planned at this time.
